This Privacy Policy explains how Creatori ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our AI content generation platform (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: email address and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
- Content you provide: text prompts, uploaded images/video/audio files, and other input you submit to generate content.
- Generated content: the images, videos, audio, and other media the Service creates on your behalf.
- Payment information: processed entirely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Usage data: generation history, credits balance, subscription tier, and general usage patterns within the Service.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary for the Service to function.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To process payments and manage your subscription or credit balance
- To generate the AI content you request
- To communicate with you about your account, including transactional emails such as password resets
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
- To improve and develop new features
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. Your data may be processed by:
- Stripe — payment processing
- fal.ai and its underlying model providers — AI content generation (image, video, audio)
- Anthropic — powers the in-app AI Assistant feature
- ElevenLabs — text-to-speech, voice conversion, and audio processing
- HeyGen — AI avatar video generation, where you choose to use that feature
- Resend — transactional email delivery (email verification and password resets only; we do not send marketing email)
- Railway — cloud hosting infrastructure
These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We only share the minimum information necessary for each provider to perform its function.
4. Your Generated Content
Content you generate is stored so you can access your creation history. Your creations are private to your account by default.
On the Creatori website only, you may optionally choose to make an individual creation public via the Discover/Community feed, which makes that creation visible to other users. This is always opt-in, applies only to the specific creations you choose, and can be reversed at any time. The Discover/Community feed is not available in the Creatori iOS app, and no creation can be published to it from the app.
You can delete any creation, or your entire account, yourself at any time from Account Settings. Deleting your account removes your generations along with it. You may also contact us at support@creatori.ai if you would prefer we do it for you.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and generation history for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@creatori.ai.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing and encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
