Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Creatori (the "Service"), operated by Creatori ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@creatori.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

• The Service operates on a credits-based system. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits; paid subscription tiers and one-time credit top-ups are available for purchase.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unless required by law, credits and subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused credits.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity
• Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit content involving real, identifiable individuals
• Infringes on another person's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
• Is intended to harass, defame, impersonate, or deceive others (including non-consensual deepfakes of real people)
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against individuals or groups
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

5. Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the output you generate using the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI model providers we rely on. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to operate the Service (for example, to show your generation history, or to display content you choose to make public).

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any images, video, or audio you upload as input, and for how you use the content the Service generates.

6. Public Content

If you choose to share a creation publicly (e.g. via the Discover/Community feed), it may be viewed by other users of the Service. You can remove public content you've shared at any time from your account.

7. Third-Party AI Models

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated output, and generated content may occasionally be unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. Use generated content at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creatori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
